Key Responsibilities: Design and execute testing protocols for lithium-ion battery systems, focusing on safety,performance, and thermal management. Conduct rigorous assessments of battery performance under various conditions, includingtemperature extremes and load variations. Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, insights, andrecommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of thermal management solutions inbattery designs. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to battery testing and safety. Identify potential issues during testing and work with engineering teams to implement solutions. Support the development of testing equipment and methodologies to enhance efficiency andaccuracy.Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in testing and validation of lithium-ion battery systems. Strong knowledge of safety and performance standards applicable to battery technologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools and testing equipment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with thermal management principles and technologies for battery systems. Experience with software tools for data analysis and simulation.
