About the RoleWe are looking for a Content Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of our content engine from strategy to creation to distribution and help FirewallX & BhaiFi grow organically through meaningful, relevant content that resonates with IT managers, CTOs, and SMB/MSP buyers.This role combines hands-on writing, SEO execution, founder content repurposing, and smart use of AI and freelancers to scale content without scaling headcount. You will not just follow a calendar, you will build it. You will not just write, you will drive visibility, traffic, and trust.If you have built content systems in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT and want full ownership in a lean, high-impact team, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the content calendar: blogs, SEO content, use-case explainers, product pages, and founder insightsWrite long-form content for IT decision-makers and SMB teams by simplifying complex technical ideasResearch topics, keywords, and pain points using SEO tools and competitor analysisRepurpose founder content (posts, calls, videos) into articles, LinkedIn posts, or email campaignsCollaborate with the founder and demand generation team to align messaging and content across the funnelUse AI tools and freelance resources to scale content production efficientlyTrack and analyze content performance metrics such as organic traffic, search rankings, and engagement to iterate and improveRequirementsSkills & Qualifications3 to 6 years of experience in content marketing for B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT productsStrong writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical or semi-technical audiencesProven ability to create and rank SEO-driven content such as blogs, use cases, and glossary pagesStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage calendars, workflows, and writersAI-native with familiarity in tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, etc.Bonus: Experience managing freelance writers or guiding junior content creatorsNice-to-HaveExposure to Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Infrastructure SaaSExperience working in a startup or lean team environmentAbility to edit short-form video scripts or translate video into written contentFamiliarity with MSP or IT buyer personas
