Job descriptionNegotiating tender and contract termsExperience in GEM, E-procurement & Other private and govt. websiteTo search and download new tenderReview and prepare tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.Should have working knowledge of EMD i.e of DD/BG/NEFTEnsure timely submission of high-quality bids, adhering to tender deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support bid preparation and to reply on queries.Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, contracts, and competitor analysisDaily checking status of the bided tenderNegotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditionsPreparing reports for head office, Maintain MOM (Minutes Of Meeting) for every meetingsManage CEO and MD calendar, prepareSearching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated regionTraveling to visit potential clientsEstablishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customersExcellent in International client handling exposureManaging and interpreting customer requirementsPreparing & Calculating quotations and Techno- Commercial QuotationPreparing presentation for the meetings.Handle vendor registration for new clients.Manage and co-coordinating with ongoing sales projects and Manage in-house and client site demos.Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, Exhibitions and other marketing events.Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needsProviding pre-sales technical assistance and product educationLiaising with other members of the sales team and other technical expertsHelping in the design of custom-made productsProviding training and producing support material for the sales teamHave to handle other work assigned by management on time to time.RequirementsHands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Good hands-on sales report generation and Client presentationExcellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)Fluent in the English languageUnderstanding of sales performance metricsExcellent Analytics, organizational and multitasking skills is must
