Job Description:We are looking for a talented Banking Lawyer with a strong background in managing MIS data and experience in coordinating with Banks. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing legal documentation, and facilitating effective communication between our organization and the Bank.Key Responsibilities:1. MIS Data Management:- Gather, organize, and maintain accurate MIS data related to banking operations.- Create reports and dashboards to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.- Maintain all data concerning court dates, stage of the matter, next steps to be taken etc.2. Legal Documentation:- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, agreements, and documents related to banking transactions.- Ensure all legal documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations.3. Coordination with the Bank:- Act as the primary point of contact for communication with the Bank on legal matters.- Facilitate discussions and negotiations with the Bank representatives.- Ensure a smooth flow of information and documentation between both organizations.4. Regulatory Compliance:- Stay up-to-date with banking laws and regulations.- Advise the organization on legal and compliance issues related to banking operations.- Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.5.
