Are you passionate about solving complex design and user experience issues using simple User Interfaces? To do so, you will work closely with product managers, engineers and end users - data producers & consumers in the bank. Additionally, having a background in Enterprise Data Platforms is a significant plus as that will help excel in this role.We're looking for someone who will:

develop user journeys and interaction models for an internal application used by data producers and consumers..
create wireframes and prototypes using design tools.
collaborate on prototypes, scenarios, and end-to-end experiences with product owners and Engineering Teams to iterate through the UX designs.
drive user experience activities using your strong design thinking and focus on breaking down the complexity of system behavior for the end user
evaluating the effectiveness and ease of use of designs through user testing.

You will be joining a team that are helping to scale, build and leverage data products in the firm. The team partners with different divisions and functions across the Bank to develop innovative digital solutions and expand our technical expertise into new areas. You will be joining a growing team and you will have the opportunity to further shape and establish its footprint in the organization.Your expertise

at least 5 years of experience in UX Design, Interaction, and/or Visual Design (ideally in a Data Platform).
demonstrable experience working as a designer on software products.
proficiency with more than one design tool.(Preferably Figma being one of them).
strong visual design/layout/typography skillset.
familiarity with the aspects of the UX spectrum - discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, user testing, A/B testing, user journeys.
degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
effective in conveying ideas and collaborating with others
