- Responsible for challenging performance within the entity.
- In charge of standardizing and deploying exemplary results in SPS animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, and standards design.
- Train and coach, the perimeter for sustainability.
- Promote and utilize necessary Smart and Digital solutions to support the perimeter in Supply Chain Performance improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to integrate standard applications and processes that enhance overall site supply chain performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Business Transformation program deployment and readiness, aligning standard applications deployment roadmaps without impacting site supply chain performance.
- Areas of expertise include SPS, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.
- Identify and resolve global Supply Chain performance issues.
- Optimize physical and information flows using Lean methods (DMAIC, Kaizen).Lead improvement plans and contribute to shared roadmaps to meet targets.
- Support Safety, Quality, Delivery, SC Deployment, and HR skills development.
- Facilitate collaboration and act as Lean coach; lead Kaizen workshops to close gaps.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational discipline; prepare for future skills.
- Integrate Smart/Digital tools and standardized applications into initiatives.
- Align Business Transformation objectives with operational performance goals.
- Identify and reduce SPS and entity losses; embed improvements into the Entity’s DNA.
- Optimize flows and efficiency through loss analysis and Lean practices.
- Lead improvement plans and shared roadmaps; follow up on local actions.
- Support Safety, Quality, Delivery, SC Deployment, and HR skills development.
- Act as Lean coach; lead Kaizen workshops to sustain improvements.
- Foster continuous improvement and operational discipline.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for standard applications and digital platforms.
- Drive adoption of Smart Solutions and Digital Platforms for real-time visibility.
- Align technology integration with process improvement for Business Transformation.
- Ensure compliance with SPS principles and digital monitoring tools.
- Prepare for future skills and provide insights via advanced analytics.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering
- 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Performance. Preferably from Medium Voltage / Switchgear Industry
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site or global supply chains
- Strong expertise in S&OP, planning, logistics, procurement, and supplier management
- Experience with ERP, planning tools, and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated people leadership and change management capability
