In this pioneering role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy of our retail expansion across India. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the brand's growth and build a thriving retail presence Key Responsibilities Shop in Shop Store Expansion: Scout and identify potential multi-brand retail outlets across India that align with our brand image. Negotiate favourable terms and contracts with partner stores. Brand Experience And Training Visit partner stores and train in-store staff on Tiber Taber products, ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Oversee in-store branding, ensuring consistent visual presentation. Inventory Management Develop and implement a stock management system for partner stores, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment. Standalone Store Strategy Assist in planning the future standalone store strategy for Tiber Taber. Research and identify potential locations, checking rental rates and availability in areas of interest. Additional Responsibilities Stay updated on retail industry trends and competitor activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of effective retail marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, in fashion. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel extensively across India. Experience in visual merchandising and brand presentation is a plus.
