You will have end-to-end user experience and consistency across the entire product design. It is a portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences crafting usable digital interfaces. You will articulate a future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions.Why it's a big deal…As a Staff UX Designer, you are important in creating an impact on user experience (UX) design systems. The information getting formulating, architecture, and navigation of complex data structures, along with your collaborative techniques will define the customer's journey on the web application that is most conducive to business success.Are you the person we're looking for?Related experience. You are likely to have 8 years of experience as UX Designer. Maintain all UX/IA templates, documentation, assets, personas, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned projects, the opportunity to take a product from incubation into Production with the ability to influence the user experience and strategy along the way.Able to communicate your concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization influence product design strategy. Communicating with UX leads to driving alignment with cross-discipline partners (e.g., Engineering, Program Managers, and Research) and stakeholders to shape the definitions and strategies of the design system. Translating business priorities into research questions and design insights, articulating future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions.Resourceful & Collaborative. You, as a team member, will deliver user experience specifics and guidelines for SaaS design system standards. You will Coordinate with senior stakeholders to evangelize and advance the UX agenda. You will also work with our in-house User research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.Skills and Experience. Proficiency in an Agile environment.

Visual design: FIGMA, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Technical Skills: Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups
prototyping tools: In Vision, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Design tool: FIG JAM and MIRO
