Strategy & Operations to lead strategic initiatives and optimize operations across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Operations. Your responsibilities will be:

Developing and maintaining core business models, forecasts, and dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support strategic decision-making
Collaborating with leadership to design, execute, and track strategic initiatives focused on business growth and operational efficiency
Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and performance reviews to guide growth strategies effectively
Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance organizational processes and scalability
Creating reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory)
4-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or operational roles within dynamic industries
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms
Exhibiting expertise in financial modeling, KPI tracking, and performance evaluations alongside strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in industries like consulting, finance, technology is a plus
Prior exposure to strategic planning or change management initiatives
An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
