With a forward-thinking team and a strong digital vision, we're looking to strengthen our presence across digital platforms and reach new heights.About the Role:- We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (Expert Level) to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives.- This role requires a data-savvy and strategic leader who can manage multi-channel digital campaigns, drive traffic, optimize conversions, and elevate brand awareness across digital platforms.- You will work closely with senior leadership, content creators, designers, and external agencies to implement high-impact digital strategies that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and affiliate channels.- Lead performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.- Drive web traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition while optimizing ROI.- Oversee and enhance the company's online presence, including website performance, UX/UI, and mobile responsiveness.- Analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and HubSpot to make data-driven decisions.- Manage paid media budgets and allocate spending to maximize performance.- Supervise a team of digital marketers and external partners to ensure consistent branding and performance.- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) on digital campaigns and landing pages.- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and present strategic insights to stakeholders.Requirements:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business results.- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and email automation tools.- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media strategy, content marketing, and influencer marketing.- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.- Experience in managing e-commerce, B2B, or B2C marketing campaigns is a plus.- Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Flexible work environment- Opportunity to work with an innovative and passionate team- Professional development and training opportunities- Exposure to cross-industry digital transformation projects (ref:updazz.com)
