As a Power BI developer at Haptiq, your primary role will be to deliver business intelligence services, lead BI software development, and present Power BI reports. You will transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports capturing meaningful business insights. Here Are Some Of Your Day To Day Responsibilities Designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholder needs Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis Usage of PowerBI reporting , desktop and services tools, including deployment automation and cloud updates Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis Writing Power M queries to extract and transform data for visualization Configuring AD group accesses and Role level securities. Creating graphs , charts , visualizations, interactive controls, bookmarks by multi-level slicing, labeling and various data visualization techniques Collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI Keeping up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends Required Power BI Developer Requirements, Qualifications And Skills Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation Ability to write Sql queries to query source databases as necessary Knowledge of semantic model creation in Power BI (DirectQuery and export) Experience structuring Power BI transformations with shareable data flows Hands-on experience tracking and collaborating on Power BI work streams with Git Experience writing Power M queries Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Adaptability to changing business requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields Power BI certifications are a plus
