- HR Business partner role reporting to Manager, HR Business Partner.
- Proactively plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed functions of human resources (HR) duties for Global Business Services, India.
- Independently advises operations on moderately complex HR matters and is relied on heavily for individual's expertise.
- Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results.
- Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed action plans.
- Works independently to craft solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent course.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with various stakeholders for HR.
- Previous experience of working in an MNC in a role with global exposure is preferred.
- Experience working in Shared Services/GBS/GCC is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a varied audience and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain good employee relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve employee support and experience.
- Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex issues by applying HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain efficiency and productivity while adjusting to changes in work structure process, and requirements.
