- Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and build targeted lead lists across enterprise industries and geographies.
- Research and segment leads based on buyer personas and company attributes.
- Outreach & Engagement
- Explore and test new channels such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, and email.
- Assist in drafting and personalizing outreach messages to boost engagement.
- Track outreach performance metrics and recommend improvements for higher conversion rates.
- Data Management
- Maintain and update lead databases using Sheets, CRM tools, and other sales platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and proper segmentation for effective campaigns.
- Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to support daily lead generation, research activities, and campaign execution.
- Stay updated on the latest sales tools, outreach strategies, and enterprise buyer behavior trends.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales development (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms like Apollo.io, Salesloft, or Lemlist.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
