As a Product Designer, you’ll help shape complex UX/UI solutions for conversational and data-driven interfaces, ensuring trust, clarity, and usability in every interaction. This is a hands-on role perfect for a designer who wants to grow with the product and the technology.Accountabilities:

Design thoughtful and elegant user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs for intelligent financial interfaces across web, mobile, and chat platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to deliver experiences that strike the right balance between automation and user control.
Create interfaces that are transparent, explainable, and trustworthy, especially in AI-driven contexts.
Support and apply insights from usability testing and user research to iterate and refine designs.
Contribute to and evolve the internal design system to meet the needs of agent-based AI interactions.
Adapt your designs based on data, behavioral insights, and feedback to ensure optimal user experience.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-rich platforms.
A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, clean UI execution, and a strong grasp of interaction design principles.
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
Understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with curiosity about human-AI interfaces.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to learn, iterate quickly, and grow in a dynamic AI-first product environment.
