The candidate should have prior experience in identifying sponsors, generating leads, pitching sponsorship opportunities, and closing deals for conferences summits, or events.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and approach potential sponsors for conferences, summits, and events.- Generate sponsorship leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and industry connections.- Pitch sponsorship packages and customize offerings based on client needs.- Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets.- Maintain CRM data of leads, opportunities, and closures.- Coordinate with marketing and event teams to align sponsorship deliverables.- Attend industry events and conferences for networking and lead generation.
