- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in preparations for meetings, including producing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors, provide the necessary information, and direct them to the respective individuals or departments.
- Actively support in Business Development by attending online and offline inquiries.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in managing office equipment, ensuring they are in working order and arranging for repairs when necessary.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office by implementing and improving administrative systems and procedures.
