  • Proficient in managing and tracking customer complaints through meticulous record-keeping in a consolidated master sheet. Skilled in effective communication with customers to verify complaint details and gather necessary supporting documentation. Experienced in following established protocols for customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive documentation of calls and observations. Adept at reviewing and categorizing complaint information according to outlined process guidelines to maintain compliance. Capable of collecting, analyzing, and validating evidence provided by customers to prepare detailed summaries for accurate case resolution.

Qualification
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Commerce
Experience
  • Upto 1 year working in handling customer complaints and investigating them to calendar and in loss monitoring and prevention
