- Strategic Research: Conduct brief, targeted research on companies and contacts prior to calls to personalize your approach and increase engagement rates.
- CRM Excellence: Accurately log all call activities, interactions, and relevant information in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to maintain a clean and up-to-date pipeline.
- Iterate & Improve: Actively participate in feedback sessions, sharing insights from calls to refine scripts, objection handling techniques, and overall strategy.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities.
- Proven Cold Calling Prowess: 5+ years of extensive track record of success in purely cold calling roles, consistently hitting and exceeding targets. This isn't your first rodeo; you're a seasoned pro.
