Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the global sales and revenue growth strategy aligned with Focuz Medical’s vision.
  • Build, lead, and mentor national and international sales and business development teams.
  • Set revenue targets, pricing strategy, sales KPIs, and performance dashboards. Market Expansion & Go-To-Market
  • Lead expansion into new geographies, regulated markets, and high-growth segments.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and portfolios.
  • Identify new revenue streams, channels, and partnership models. Key Accounts & Strategic Deals
  • Own relationships with key hospitals, healthcare systems, distributors, and global partners.
  • Lead negotiations and closure of large, complex, high-value institutional and international deals.
  • Drive long-term contracts and strategic alliances. Channel & Distributor Management
  • Build and strengthen a robust national and global distributor ecosystem.
  • Structure channel policies, incentive models, and partner performance frameworks.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with Product, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Align customer needs with product roadmap, regulatory approvals, and supply capabilities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer at the executive leadership table. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience
  • 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, or regulated B2B industries
.• Proven track record in scaling revenues, building large sales teams, and managing global distributors.
  • Strong exposure to international markets and enterprise healthcare accounts. Skills • Strategic and commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Deep understanding of institutional sales, tendering, and channel partnerships. • Results-driven, data-oriented, and execution-focused.
