- Process & Industry Standards: Provide process domain expertise and solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Managers and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project engineering services and execution.
- Project Oversight: Supervise and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor and coach junior project engineers to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Scope & Risk Management: Collaborate with the PM and Team Leader on scope definition, risk management, and technical issue resolution.
- Escalation & Support: Handle escalations effectively and support large project pursuits, ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared.
- Standardization & Cost Reduction: Promote reuse of standard engineering solutions and drive cost reduction through process improvements.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with leadership to ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Site Travel & Troubleshooting: Willingness to travel to project sites to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. 30-50% Travel would be there.
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in PLC automation engineering.
- Comprehensive project lifecycle exposure, from initial design through to final commissioning.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and project execution.
- Strong level of expertise in RA PLC, HMI & Safety product Networks.
- Major Commissioning experience on RA PLC
- Handson Experience in Legacy Migrations will add an edge
- Different Electrical Standard knowledge like NEMA, IEC, UL508 will be an added advantage.
