Job Description Summary As a member of the Patient care solutions, you will be responsible for wing-to wing execution of complex programs, to deliver high quality outcomes. As a scrum master of teams, you will help software development teams apply scrum framework, plan deliverables and monitor execution performance, resolve issues that hinder the team's work. You will partner with the Scrum teams, Product owner(s), Program team, QARA, Architects, and functional owners. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will ensure project management practices are followed and improved as needed. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources. Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project. Manage each project's scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups. Coach team members in Agile frameworks, Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Facilitate and be the point of contact internal/external communication and effective collaboration. Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements. Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary. Help teams implement changes effectively. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it. Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs. Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected and discussed transparently within the team. Embrace change and promote the identification of improvement opportunities across the team - execute with a continuous improvement mindset. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 7 years' experience. Experience in a scrum master role Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and ceremonies, artifacts Experience in Software projects with Devops, Kubernetes 8+ years of experience and Familiarity with software development A minimum of 5 years' experience as scrum mas leading and managing complex software projects. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Analytical, Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Scrum master certification is a plus. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with a global team. Demonstrated competency using project management tools (Rally, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and various project management methodologies. Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives. Demonstrated willingness to adapt, learn new skills and develop competencies quickly and with an open mind. Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly. Communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
