Testing Lead

• Complete ownership of product testing and release, designing automation frameworks for UI & batch components

• Develop an automation strategy to support regression testing.

• Create a standard framework for automation testing, performance testing, security, and penetration testing

• Execute security testing protocols to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement measures to fortify product security.

• Provide technical leadership and support the creation of complex test cases.
• Lead and mentor QA teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation in testing approaches.

• Evaluate, select, and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different products and applications.

• Establish design principles for test automation and performance testing, and provide recommendations as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA, and recommend and implement improvements to existing processes.

• Possess a passion for achieving technical excellence with a focus on product quality and reliability.

• Create and monitor QA Metrics and measure them regularly to create a trend graph

• Collaborate with product teams to strategize and align long-term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, and framework approach.
