Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Channel Sales Branch Manager to lead our branch's insurance sales efforts through effective agency channel management. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing a high-performing team of agents, building strong client and internal relationships, and driving business targets by implementing strategic sales plans.Key Responsibilities:1. Agency Recruitment & Development:- Identify, recruit, screen, and onboard new agents into the agency channel.- Provide regular training, mentorship, and development programs to enhance agent productivity.- Track agent performance, identify training gaps, and take corrective actions.2. Sales Planning & Execution:- Prepare branch-level sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through agent-led business generation.- Monitor and evaluate agent performance; implement improvement plans as necessary.3. Relationship Management:- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.- Provide regular updates, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction among agents and customers.4. Compliance & Governance:- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance norms.- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain a high standard of ethical practices.5.
