Role: Sales/Business Development ExecutiveExperience: 2 - 5 yearsJob Location: ChennaiJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will closely collaborate with the marketing team, manage the inside sales process, and work towards achieving business targets as per organizational plans.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. - Conduct outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and inbound lead management. - Oversee and participate in the inside sales process and ensure optimal team performance. - Handle end-to-end sales activities, including negotiation and final closure. - Research and analyze target accounts and market competition. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of email & domain hosting, Zoho Mail, and related Zoho products (preferred).- Contribute to demand generation strategies and sales initiatives.Qualifications & Skills: - 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in IT product or SaaS sales. - Proven experience with Zoho products is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of corporate/enterprise sales processes. - Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal. - Prior experience with demand generation and working with tools like HubSpot is an advantage. - Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to independently manage sales cycles and drive business growth.- Education: Any Postgraduate (preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
