solutions.2. Identify and sharpen
the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to
identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be
evaluated.3. Understand and analyze
drivers of financial performance and KPIs with finance professionals and
controllers.4. Facilitate business
requirements gathering discussions/ workshops.5. Supports the Business
Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).6. Create detailed user
stories that is well understood both by clients and technical/development
team. Create detailed functional specification document.7. Collaborate with
Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding
and translation of business requirements.8. Pre-qualifies and
prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to
the Project Manager & team.9. Liaising between users
and technical team.10. Create training collaterals, conduct trainings for users.11. Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned
parties in a timely manner12. Support with domain & business process knowledge in13. Support projects with competence in SAP FICO Module along
with knowledge of Sales and distribution, production planning to understand
end-to-end business process and margin analysis.14. Provides guidance or support to development teams, guiding
task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line
responsibility.15. Knowledge with respect to financial reporting of orders,
revenue, and backlog.Knowledge, Skills,
Experience:· 6-10 years of strong
experience in Finance and Controlling with hands on experience in SAP FICO
module.· Expertise in Financial
modelling and reporting.· Experience in COPA is also
preferred.· Basic Knowledge of Sales
& Distribution, Production planning, Projects, Material master modules in
SAP· Strong analytical skills· Basic SQL knowledge is
desirable.· Proficiency in English
language (written and spoken)· Able to work on own
initiative and as a team player. Good organizational skills with cultural
