ME Full Product Engineering

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM models to determine machining requirements.
Solid Works 3D Modelling.
Design and developing Fixture machining.
Select and set up appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for efficient production.
Conduct test runs and first-article inspections to validate CNC programs and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Troubleshoot programming issues, machine errors, and tooling challenges.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Production teams to improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle times.
Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and cost reduction.
Maintain documentation related to CNC programming, tooling setups, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards (ISO, AS9100, etc.).
Train and mentor machine operators on CNC program execution and machine operations.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering.
Proficiency in Solid works CAM and modelling software
Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operation.
Experience with multi-axis CNC machines, lathes, and Horizontal and vertical milling centers.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and precision measurement tools.
Understanding of materials (metals, composites, plastics) and their machining characteristics.
Hands-on experience with tool selection, cutting parameters, and process optimization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight tolerances and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
