Develop responsive, well-structured, and visually compelling email templates using HTML, CSS, and email development best practices.
Campaign Implementation:
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate campaign goals into functional email templates, ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines.
Personalization and Logic implementation:Use Java script to add Personalization strings and implement conditional logic.Testing & Optimization:
Test emails across multiple devices and email clients (including desktop, mobile, and web-based) to ensure flawless rendering. Optimize emails for performance and deliverability.
Email Platform Management:
Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., Mail chimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo) to manage, schedule, and deploy email campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze email campaign performance, focusing on open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Make data-driven improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with the design, content, and product teams to ensure emails are on-brand, aligned with business goals, and optimized for user experience.
Email Best Practices & Innovation:
Stay current on industry trends, email deliverability, and new technologies to continually improve email development processes and strategies.Technical and Functional Skills:Proficient in HTML, CSS (media queries), and JavaScript for email development. Familiarity with ESPs (Email Service Providers) like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in email development, with a strong portfolio showcasing past email campaigns.
Strong understanding of email best practices, including responsive design, cross-client compatibility, and deliverability.
Experience with email analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ESP native reports) to track and improve
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and product teams.
