  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key marketplace partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio) to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with marketplace account managers, category leads, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs including conversion rates, AOV, stock availability, and customer reviews; implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and product listings with marketplace requirements and timelines.
  • Manage and optimize product content, pricing strategies, and inventory planning across marketplaces to ensure consistency and competitiveness.
  • Lead marketplace-specific initiatives such as Prime Day, Big Billion Day, and other high-impact sales events to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for resolving operational issues, including fulfillment delays, listing discrepancies, and compliance concerns.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, including sales forecasts, competitive benchmarking, and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of evolving marketplace algorithms, policies, and feature rollouts to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or cosmetics industry.
  • Strong experience managing relationships with major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and managing multi-channel marketplace operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with CRM systems and marketplace analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
