Description: As the Testing Lead, your mission is to lead and drive efficient and effective testing processes using Tricentis testing tools. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP test automation and execution for global rollouts and regression testing. Your scope will involve overseeing testing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality testing solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for SAP projects, including planning, design, execution, and reporting using Tricentis testing tools. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand testing requirements and define comprehensive test plans. Design and implement test automation strategies and frameworks using Tricentis Tosca to optimize testing efficiency and coverage. Execute and coordinate manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, data integrity, and overall quality. Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and identify potential issues introduced by changes or enhancements. Monitor testing progress, track defects, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues. Mentor and provide guidance to testing team members in using Tricentis testing tools effectively. Key Experience Required: Proven experience as a Testing Lead, specifically with Tricentis testing tools and SAP test automation and execution. In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and test management principles. Hands-on experience in leading testing efforts for global rollouts and regression testing in SAP projects. Proficiency in designing and implementing test automation using Tricentis Tosca or similar tools. Strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations relevant to testing activities. Experience in working with large-scale SAP implementations and complex testing scenarios. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering testing projects on time and within budget. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Technical and Functional Competencies: Expertise in using Tricentis testing tools, particularly Tricentis Tosca. Proficiency in SAP test automation and test execution. Familiarity with SAP modules and configurations relevant to testing activities. Strong understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies. Knowledge of test data management and test environment setup. Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology or a related field Relevant certification in Tricentis Tosca, software testing, or automation testing is preferred.
