Work closely with parents to address their concerns and provide resources for supporting students' college applications and career growth. Core Responsibilities as a School Counsellor include: In charge of the Career Guidance Cell, administer and manage all activities carried therein. Support stream, board, and subject selection for students. Organize and conduct career and college guidance classes, sessions, and activities. Liasioning with higher education institutes. Support college applications. Required Qualification : Master's Degree in Counseling/Guidance. Work Experience: Min 2-3 years of School Counseling or teaching experience. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of career assessment tools and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers, and community stakeholders. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Proficiency in computer skills and experience using counseling software and online resources.
