- Prepare journal entries, performance reporting and portfolio accounting.
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions as assigned
- Ownership and accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash and securities reconciliation breaks
- Monitor status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Identify fund issues and escalate to Manager on a timely basis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Up to 0-3 years of accounting experience
- Experience using accounting applications a plus
- High level of proficiency in Excel
- Must be extremely organized, able to multitask and work in tight time frames
- Must be motivated and innovative and willing to explore new ways to enhance a process
- Must be a self-starter, proactive and possess strong organizational skills
- Must be highly organized, detail and control oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
