We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in LWC, Vlocity (OmniStudio), Data Cloud, and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in custom development, integrations, and optimizing Salesforce applications. You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, working closely with architects, analysts, and client stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom interfaces.Manage complex data models, ensure data integrity, and write optimized SOQL queries.Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting Salesforce development best practices and standards.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Resolve technical issues through debugging, analysis, and collaboration.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.Optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and industry trends.Must Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Strong expertise in:Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)Vlocity / OmniStudio (DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards)Salesforce Data CloudSalesforce Health CloudSolid understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.Proven ability to lead development activities and manage end-to-end technical delivery.Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security setup.Proficient in Salesforce development tools (VS Code, SFDX CLI, Git).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Good to Have Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience CloudFamiliarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Gearset, Copado, or JenkinsPrior experience in HealthTech or Insurance domainsExperience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or Big ObjectsUnderstanding of Salesforce DevOps CenterSalesforce-related JavaScript framework experience (Node.js, React)Certifications Required:
