The Impact You'll MakeAs our Specialist - ERP Data, you'll play a key role in supporting DPS core date team by maintaining and enhancing SAP processes and master data, while also contributing to prioritized projects and initiativesYour impact? Lead SAP master data initiatives and process improvements to deliver efficient, standardized, and reliable business operations.
Support business stakeholders by facilitating processes, providing expertise, and offering training and guidance for smooth execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, influence decision-making, and ensure seamless end-to-end process alignment.
Use your skills in SAP, process optimization, and best practice implementation to enhance data quality, system performance, and business outcomes.
Continuously learn and share knowledge by developing standards, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

5 plus years of experience in SAP functional or process-related roles, with proven ability to support data migration and transformation projects.
Hands on experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, with strong technical affinity and analytical thinking to quickly grasp complex processes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English to clearly engage stakeholders in a business setting.
A problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, supported by strong organizational, planning, and basic risk management skills.
