Ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, AML, GDPR, PSD2) throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor performance metrics, adoption, and customer satisfaction post-launch.
Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams for timely delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation including AI-driven personalization, open banking APIs, and blockchain solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
6+ years of product management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
Proven track record of launching digital banking products (mobile banking, payment systems, lending platforms).
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
