The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential agents for recruitment. - Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents. - Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings. - Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports. - Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
