The ideal candidate will leverage SEO, digital platforms, and community-building strategies to create awareness and engagement for our cybersecurity solutions. This role emphasizes organic demand generation (non-paid) and requires a creative marketer with strong digital and community-building skills.Roles & Responsibilities:Demand Generation: Create and execute strategies to drive demand for BhaiFi’s cybersecurity solutions using organic channels.SEO & Website Growth: Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility, increase website traffic, and drive inbound interest.Organic Lead Generation: Explore non-paid, innovative methods for generating leads and engaging potential prospects.Community Building & Management: Build, grow, and manage a strong cybersecurity-focused community around BhaiFi, including industry professionals, thought leaders, and customers.Content & Branding: Drive personal and product branding initiatives through compelling digital content, storytelling, and thought leadership.Digital Marketing & Social Media: Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to engage with audiences, share insights, and establish BhaiFi’s position as a cybersecurity leader.Events & Webinars: Plan and execute online events, webinars, and community sessions to engage with prospects and customers.Inside Sales & Market Research (Exposure): Collaborate with the inside sales team and conduct market research to align marketing efforts with customer needs and market opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to align messaging and maximize growth opportunities.Preferred Candidate Profile:4–7 years of experience in Growth Marketing / Demand Generation / Digital Marketing roles.Strong background in SEO, organic growth strategies, and social/digital marketing.Proven track record of community building and engagement in B2B or B2C (B2B preferred, cybersecurity community experience is a plus).Hands-on experience in organizing webinars, events, and digital campaigns.Exposure to inside sales and market research will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, storytelling, and personal branding skills.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and data-driven approach.Passion for technology and interest in the cybersecurity domain.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Growth Marketing will be an added plus.
