- Grant/revoke/manage user access.
- Knowledge Management
- Update FAQ/knowledge base articles.
- Coordination
- Work with Qoton team (likely a vendor or tool partner).
- Additive Manufacturing IT Tools: AM Edge, 3DXpert, AIMOS, Qoton.
- ERP/Integration: SAP integration knowledge.
- Application Support: Handling incidents, service requests, deployments.
- User Access Management: Identity and access control (IAM concepts).
- Basic Scripting/SQL (optional): Helpful for troubleshooting.
- Incident, Service Request, and Change Management (ITIL processes).
- Knowledge base management (documentation, FAQs).
- Coordination with multiple teams/vendors.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability (for SAP + AM tool issues).
- Communication & collaboration (working with SAP, Qoton, and business teams).
- Ability to document solutions and share knowledge.
