Roles and Responsibility: - Generate leads from open market - Managing team of Advisors and Business partners. - Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders. - Build and maintain relationship with customer.- Supporting them to achieve their goals. - Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow. - Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential - Products planning and implementation based on client needs. - Training the advisors and business partners.
