As a Founder's Office Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with our founder and contribute to our company's growth and success. This role is designed to provide you with a unique and immersive experience in the world of entrepreneurship, business development, and strategic planning. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with the founder and business heads and play an essential part in building new products and strategic partnerships, developing market entry strategies Assist the business team in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets within the content, animation, or translation industry. Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through research, lead generation, and prospecting. Contribute to the building and maintenance of client relationships by providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Be a part of the brainstorming sessions to streamline the processes Perform market research and work on go-to-market strategies with the team Participate in meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand knowledge and network with professionals in the field. ELIGIBILITY: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Final year students preferred. SELECTION PROCEDURE: Telephonic Round Assessment Round Personal Interview round with HR Managers and Team Leads LOCATION: Candidates must be willing for a Full-time In-Office internship in Delhi. Office Location: T-93, Second Floor, DK House Gautam Nagar, Near Gulmohar Park Community Center, New Delhi, 110049. INCENTIVES: A certificate of internship completion will be issued after the internship. LOR is Based on individual performance. Stipend of 8-10k(fixed+variable) on monthly basis Pre placement Offer will be based on the student's overall performance at the end of the internship with CTC 4-6 LPA.
