Managing end-end project and construction management for the EPC project. (Experience in mechanical works with Piping & structural erection works is must )2. Evaluating and deploying effective contractors/ execution agencies for carrying out the site related jobs.3. Ensuring a complete project control by preparing master schedules including Resource Schedules, Execution methodologies, Milestones, Cash Flow projections and Budgets.4. Ensure end-end client management and no escalations in the project.5. Ensure complete control of project cost and cashflows without overflow of budgets .6. Supervising all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities including HSE management.7. Interacting with suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery so as to minimize project cost.8. Implementing QA / QC procedures, Conduct Quality & Safety Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.9. Develop weekly and monthly reporting system and monitor the project progress through creation of dashboards 10. Checking and supplying of Line chart, Daily Equipment and manpower status, front availability chart and drafting letters for site conditions and requirements.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS1. Preference will be given to Candidates with experience in piping & structural works mainly in O&G refineries or chemical plants2. End to end project and construction management of site projects across PAN INDIA.3. Site management experience of 10-20 years in handling EPC/ composite work projects in oil refineries/ gas terminals.4. Mechanical/ Civil engineering/ diploma background.5. Ability to handle client and other stakeholders at site.6. Comprehensive knowledge of methods, technical codes, specifications and applications of oil & gas transmission pipeline and piping work.7. Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills for managing work and multiple tasks.8. Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.9. Experience in handling composite jobs from site planning to Commissioning of Project and Final documentation for closing Job/Project.10.
