- Hands on experience in Detail Engineering of industrial plants, power plants & substations
- Hands on experience in preparation of Technical specification of electrical equipment/systems (Transformer, Switchgear, UPS, Battery and Battery charger, Cables etc.)
- Hands on experience in preparation of Electrical Single line diagram, Protection single line diagram.
- Hand on experience in preparation of electrical calculations (Cable sizing, Earthing calculation, lightning protection calculation, illumination calculation, transformer sizing, CT-PT sizing calculation etc.)
- Hand on experience in preparation of layouts like electrical equipment layout, cable routing layout, earthing and lightning protection layout, illumination layout etc.
- Hand on experience in preparation of cable schedule and interconnection.
- Hands-on design experience working with 220kV and above AIS/GIS Substations design engineering.
- Primary Engineering - Preparation of Indoor/Outdoor Substation Layouts, SLDs, Equipment Sizing Calculations, Conductor SAG Tension, SCF calculation, earthing & lightning protection design calculation etc. Preparation of specification and technical bid evaluation report.
- Secondary Engineering – Shall be able to develop / review Protection and Control design, Substation Automation system, Telecommunication System, associated Grid/ Load Dispatch center requirement, Interconnection Control Cable Schedule, Protection Relay setting calculation, Insulation Co-ordination Study.
- Experience of working on International Middle East project and Local country standards/practice shall be an added advantage.
- Shall have effective Communication skills and should be able to collaborate with team.
- Experience in Short circuit and load flow study in ETAP will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in review of vendor documents.
- Well versed in national and international codes and standards like IS, IEC, IEEE, CEA, CBIP etc.
- Software skill:, PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS office, ETAP
- Ability to prioritize and deliver project assignment within stipulated time.
