We are seeking a skilled ITI Welder / Turner with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal, Machining, Fabrication and Assembly.
Work closely with supervisors and quality control teams to meet production goals.For ITI Welder ->
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in welding techniques, particularly in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, and a good understanding of fabrication drawings, safety practices, and quality control processes.
Handle sheet metal parts for cutting, bending, fitting, and welding operations.
Carry out fabrication and sub-assembly work as per work orders and production schedules.
Ensure weld quality and finish meet standards and requirements.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded joints.
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
Familiarity with fabrication tools like grinders, cutting machines, and measuring instruments.For ITI Turner / Machinist ->
Operate conventional lathe machines for turning operations on various components.
Set up tools and workpieces based on job requirements and production schedules.
Strong understanding of turning operations, cutting tools, and feed/speed settings.
Read and interpret engineering and machining drawings to produce accurate parts.
Measure and inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards.
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
