- Account Ownership: Build and nurture trusted client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign execution, optimization, and impact measurement.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts, driving incremental revenue and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Campaign Analytics & Insights: Analyze client campaigns and performance data (CTR, conversions, engagement, ROI) to demonstrate value, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Strategic Client Success: Lead the design and execution of client success strategies to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Customer Health Monitoring: Track client engagement, usage, and satisfaction metrics; proactively address risks and align solutions with evolving client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, product, and data science teams to integrate client feedback into product enhancements and campaign innovations.
- Reporting & Impact Measurement: Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting campaign outcomes, value delivered, and new opportunities.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B sales roles within ad-tech, mar-tech, creative tech, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates) and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in driving upsell, cross-sell, and client retention in competitive markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accountability.
