Own and deliver innovation end-to-end, from concept to shipped product
Analyze and solve challenging problems through persistence and insight

Mentor and develop engineers, fostering technical excellence and career growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

15+ years experience using Python, Go, C, C++, or related programming languages
Deep Understanding & multi year technical leadership experience and problem-solving skills in scaling infrastructure, building tools, microservices, and improving pipeline performance
Ability to foster collaboration across software and hardware teams to enhance developer efficiency
Experience working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with teams in Bangalore, Prague, and Santa Clara HQ.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to executive stakeholders
A BS degree in Computer Science; Advanced degrees are a bonus!
Must be willing and able to work in an open office environment.
