- Order & Forecast Management
- Independently manage global/regional customer accounts, ensuring accurate sales order entry and timely deliveries.
- Validate POS against contracts/master data and maintain accurate SAP records.
- Share proforma/commercial invoices and shipping schedules with clients.
- Monitor open orders, backlogs, and proactively communicate delays or risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the customer's voice internally, coordinating with Planning, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.
- Lead regular customer meetings (DDS/S&OP), covering forecast alignment, dispatch, and issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues and collaborate with Managers/KAMs for timely resolution.
- Reporting & KPIs
- Track KPIs: OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, and Complaint Resolution Time.
- Analyze slow-moving inventory and overdue receivables for assigned accounts.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Maintain complete audit-ready documentation and customer communication history.
- Support internal and external audits (BRCGS, SEDEX, IMS).
- Process & System Improvement
- Suggest improvements in processes, automation, dashboards, and master data accuracy.
- Support NPls from a customer service and delivery angle.
- SAP SD - strong command of order-to-cash processes.
- Advanced Excel - including pivot tables, dashboards, and validations.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, palletization, and load planning.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and international clients.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling ambiguity and multitasking.
- Demonstrated ability to drive task closure and resolve customer issues independently.
- Audit-readiness mindset with a collaborative team approach.
