- Establish, measure, and tracks KPIs to monitor and manage performance of the business and team members.
- Actively coach and develop team members. Assists with talent acquisition, succession planning, promotions, etc.
- Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas of improvement and championing solutions through automation and scalable processes.
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering insights and helping to define strategies in support of organizational priorities and key growth initiatives.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in the data and operations the Revenue Operations team is responsible for delivering to the business among all business units.
- Process and validate critical financial data points on Opportunities submitted by the sales team in Salesforce CPQ by reconciling against the customer signed contract and historical data.
- Collaborate with sales reps to understand the intention behind a deal as well as troubleshoot inaccuracies within their deals.
- Manage team's queries submitted via Cases or Chatters in Salesforce - respond in a timely manner and help users with questions, training, and report requests.
- Participate in ad hoc special projects and data analysis as needed and assigned
- Complete all weekly and monthly audit processes assigned in a timely manner.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Team Lead or people Manager
- Minimum 3 years experience working with Salesforce
- Minimum 2 years working with Salesforce CPQ
- Minimum 2 years working closely with sales team
- Minimum 3 years working in Sales, Revenue, Billing, or Finance Operations
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills especially Excel
- Managing and reconciling large data sets is a large part of this role
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting and data reconciliations/audits
- Written and verbal communication skills must be strong - this role communicates with teammates, partners, colleagues, and executives around the globe.
