Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a highly specialized Senior SAP S/4HANA India Payroll & Time Consultant to lead a high-profile, mission-critical transformation for a major enterprise client in the manufacturing sector.Expert in transitioning SAP ECC HCM landscape to a modern Core-Hybrid architecture (SuccessFactors Employee Central + S/4HANA Payroll). Because the legacy system is deeply embedded, the client requires a seasoned expert to sit 100% onsite in Chennai, working side-by-side with their core HR administrators to untangle legacy configurations, enforce "Fit-to-Standard" design, and ensure a flawless payroll transition.QualificationsEducational qualification:B EExperience :8+ years of dedicated experience in SAP HCM India Payroll and Time Management.Mandatory/requires Skills :
? 8+ years of dedicated experience in SAP HCM India Payroll and Time Management.? Proven S/4HANA Go-Live: Must have successfully completed at least one full-lifecycle implementation and Go-Live of India Payroll natively on SAP S/4HANA (Candidates with only ECC experience will not be considered).? Deep Schema Expertise: Master-level ability to write, read, and debug complex schemas, PCRs, and features for Indian Payroll and Time Evaluation.? Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating SAP Payroll with SuccessFactors EC using Business Integration Builder (BIB).? Client-Facing Pedigree: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage resistance, influence senior client stakeholders, and confidently defend "Fit-to-Standard" architectural decisions.? Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% onsite at the client's headquarters in Chennai for the entire project duration.Preferred Skills :
? Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) data structures (MDF objects, Foundation objects).? Experience with legacy data archiving strategies? Background in the manufacturing or automotive industry.Additional InformationKey Responsibilities? Legacy Reverse-Engineering: Audit and analyze undocumented legacy SAP ECC India Payroll schemas, custom Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and wage types to rationalize them for the new S/4HANA environment.? S/4HANA Payroll Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of S/4HANA India Payroll, ensuring 100% adherence to local statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc.).? Time Management Architecture: Configure Negative Time Management (exception-based processing) in S/4HANA. Design interfaces to receive and process daily attendance exceptions from a legacy DB2 staging system, while routing raw punch data into custom Z-tables for client MIS reporting.? Core-Hybrid Integration: Architect and test the data replication models between SuccessFactors Employee Central (the new System of Truth) and the S/4HANA Payroll engine utilizing the Business Integration Builder (BIB).? Stakeholder Management: Act as the onsite technical anchor. Sit face-to-face with protective legacy system administrators, building trust, translating cloud concepts, and guiding them through the transition from GUI-based ECC to S/4HANA.Testing & Cutover: Lead rigorous Parallel Payroll testing cycles to ensure zero discrepancies between the 15-year legacy ECC engine and the new S/4HANA landscape before Go-Live.
