Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role as a Manager of Customer Success at LifeWall in New Delhi. - As the Manager of Customer Success, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for customer retention.- You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
