Thisrole will ensure that all production and non-production areas consistently meet GMP and audit standards, creating a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our people and products. Key Responsibilities •.´O˙ Housekeeping & Hygiene Management Own daily housekeeping and upkeep across production, warehouse, utility, and office areas. Build and execute a plant-wide cleaning schedule aligned with QA and Production teams. Supervise external housekeeping agencies -monitor manpower, checklists, and performance through daily rounds. Drive GMP hygiene standards, pest control, and sanitation audits in collaboration with QA. .y·Infrastructure & Facility Upkeep Ensure regular upkeep of buildings, roads, canteens, admin blocks, restrooms, and storage facilities. Coordinate with maintenance and admin teams forfacility repairs, painting, andminor civil work. Support 5S implementation across allzones - from production linesto engineering stores. /ç#¡Monitoring & Reporting Track consumables, cleaning materials, and uniforms for optimal usage and replenishment. Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports with photographs, observations, and compliance scores. Review housekeeping effectiveness through GMP audits and visual inspections. Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate / Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Facility Management Experience: 4-7 years managing plant upkeep, facilities, or housekeeping in FMCG / Pharma / Food manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of GMP hygiene norms, pest controlsystems, and 5S implementation Hands-on team leader with excellent vendor management and manpower coordination skills What Success Looks Like ⬛ Zero audit observationsrelated to hygiene or upkeep ⬛ 95% adherence to cleaning and upkeep schedules ⬛ High internal GMP and safety compliance scores ⬛ Positive feedback from cross-functional teamsif you are interested contact on :9303007707sarthak.pachori@white-force.inJob requirements
