Hiring for 3DEXPERIENCE Design and Engineering - PAN INDIA
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled 3DEXPERIENCE Design and Engineering Specialist to support product development and engineering initiatives using Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CATIA (V6/3DEXPERIENCE), ENOVIA, and DELMIA, with a focus on delivering innovative, collaborative, and efficient design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Simulation, Manufacturing, etc.) using 3DEXPERIENCE tools.
  • Configure and manage product lifecycle data using ENOVIA PLM.
  • Support digital mockup reviews, change management, and design validation processes.
  • Automate design processes and workflows within 3DEXPERIENCE where applicable.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of engineering standards and data management practices.
  • Generate technical documentation, BOMs, and product configurations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on 3DEXPERIENCE usage and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, especially CATIA and ENOVIA.
  • Strong understanding of CAD modeling, surfacing, parametric design, and PLM processes.
  • Experience with collaborative engineering workflows and digital twin methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle and change management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automation and scripting in 3DEXPERIENCE (e.g., EKL, macros).
  • Exposure to DELMIA or SIMULIA tools within the platform.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, and DFM/DFA principles.
  • Prior experience in [automotive, aerospace, or other relevant] industry.
  • Dassault Systèmes certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE roles (e.g., Mechanical Designer, Collaborative Business Innovator).
